  1. Beat egg in medium bowl.
  2. Flake salmon into the bowl with a fork.
  3. Mix all other ingredients in the bowl together.
  4. Heat skillet to medium-high heat.
  5. Form ingredients into 3-inch patties and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  6. Patties will turn light brown when finished cooking.
  7. For the spicy mayo: mix paleo mayo and hot sauce in a bowl. Sprinkle with black pepper.
