Another mayonnaise recipe

Paleo mayonnaise is probably my all -time favorite base for all things for dipping and sauces. This is so not your traditional store bought mayo or Miracle Whip for that matter. There are several recipes out there that include avocado oil, macadamia nut oil, or other oils that can be expensive and difficult to find at times. Living in the Midwest you don’t always get the larger city luxury of larger grocery stores. What started as a base for chicken salad, has grown into a staple item in my refrigerator. As you can see with most of, The Honest Skillet recipes, that one cup of this creamy base can go multiple directions.

  1. I recommend making this in a wide mouth glass jar and using an immersion blender for best results. Store in the same container. This usually takes less than a minute to blend.
