Ingredients
- 4 lb 4 lb Lobster, two - 2 lb lobsters
- 1 lb 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted, for dipping
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Organic
- 1 tsp 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Shallot, thinly sliced
Process

- Preheat oven to roast at 400.
- Rinse Brussels sprouts, and discard the ends.
- Thinly slice shallots.
- Toss Brussels sprouts and shallots in coconut oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast at 400 for 30-40 minutes, stirring once.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil.
- Add lobster to the pot and cover tightly with a lid.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
