Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, Organic, melted
- 2 1/2 lb 2 1/2 lb Chicken Wings
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Melt 1/4 cup coconut oil, and mix with buffalo sauce.
- Pour over wings, and toss to coat.
- Bake at 325°F for 50–60 minutes.
- Serve.

The wing sauce in the recipe is great, but if you slather the wings in sauce before cooking them they will not crisp up no matter how long they stay in the oven. Try baking the wings for 45-60 minutes at 400 degrees and then coat them with the wing sauce and serve. I also wish that instructions on how to properly prepare whole wings was included here- it would be very useful to first time wing chefs to know the proper cuts to make before cooking.
Good advise ependleton, I always wait until the last 10 – 15 minutes before putting the sauce on. I love crispy wings.
