  1. Peel and mince garlic.
  2. Whisk together coconut aminos, mustard, fish sauce, garlic, and salt.
  3. Brush ribs with glaze. Save any remaining.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon, paprika, and salt to evenly distribute on ribs.
  5. Brush ribs with remaining ribs while grilling.
