  1. Heat butter over medium heat in a nonstick frying pan.
  2. Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add spinach, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until spinach is wilted.

      Easy and tasty. A whole lot of spinach makes very little so be generous. I used ghee instead of butter.
