Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a food processor, or high-speed blender, pulse minced garlic, lemon juice, and the egg, until combined.
  2. Slowly pour in the red palm oil, 1–2 tablespoons at a time, continuing to blend after each addition of oil.
  3. Continue to blend the mixture until thick.
  4. Add cilantro, salt, and pepper and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  5. Serve with Cumin Chicken.

    Sigh .. my first fail cooking my way through Make It Paleo .. just can’t seem to get it to thicken :( .. any pointers?

    This is an old comment but I was wondering what kind of blender you were using..I can’t use a high power blender to do this, instead I use a whisk.
