Honey Sesame Chicken Skewers

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, tamari, sesame oil, honey, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Slice the chicken breast into 1 inch pieces for skewering, and place in a gallon ziplock bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, and allow to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Within the last 30 minutes of marinating, prepare the rest of the ingredients for the skewers.
  5. Remove the chicken from the fridge, and skewer the chicken and vegetables on stainless or bamboo skewers, alternating the veggies and chicken.
  6. Grill the skewers for 15 minutes, rotating every 3-4 minutes.
  7. Top with sesame seeds if desired.
