  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Shift together the coconut flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda, and salt
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
  4. Pour into 2 greased mini loaf pans
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes

    I am allergic to tree nuts, so is peanut butter ok? I know it isn’t paleo, but it is now the only thing I can use.

    You can try peanut butter, it would work texture wise, but it will alter the taste. I hope that helps, that is a total bummer to be allergic to nuts :).
