This may have been the easiest, best dessert I have ever made. It elevated our already yummy Valentine’s dinner to something beyond special. I used 1/2 85% dark chocolate and 1/2 72% dark chocolate. Rich, dense, and incredibly creamy…THANK YOU!

This is hands-down the easiest and most rewarding dessert to make. I added extra raspberries in the centre to cut through some of the richness. Absolutely delicious.

Made this for Valentine’s Day this year and it was delightful! Was incredibly easy to make. Tasted wonderful, I found it got even better once I let it warm up slightly from being in the fridge to set. Will definitely make this dessert again!
