Brillant recipe – always looking for egg free cookie recipes for my son!
Could I leave out the chocolate chips or would that not work?
    Thank you

Kimmy – if you use Enjoy Life chocolate chips, they are egg-free (and allergen free), so those should work for him. You can find them here: http://www.amazon.com/Enjoy-Life-Semi-Sweet-Chocolate-10-Ounce/dp/B000HDJZWO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1335615840&sr=8-1

RxDawg – Blanched almond flour is made from almonds that have been blanched, and their skin comes off in the process. In terms of baking, it’s a difference worth noting. We use the Honeyville blanched almond flour (also available on amazon in 5lb bags, which should last a while.) Check it out here: http://www.amazon.com/Blanched-Almond-Meal-Flour-lb/dp/B0006ZN538/ref=sr_1_1?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1335619044&sr=1-1

What is the difference between blanched and unblanched flour? Could you use either one or is there a significant difference?
