Hi, I was wondering if anyone in the start of this 30 days found themselves constantly hungry. I have been snacking on veggies and fruits between the meals, but still very hungry. Don't know if this is normal or not and being hungry is tempting me to eat other foods I shouldn't. Any suggestions what I can do or what I am doing wrong. I do not want to slip and want to stay on track with this. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks

I actually find myself less hungry, if you are only eating 1 servings maybe try 2 servings just for a few days. And drink plenty of water, I cheat and know that I'm not suppose to drink energy drinks but that is my only sin and a candy bit size here and there which still isn't so much  now.  I try to be organtic but doesn't always work example if you go out to eat order steak with broccoli and extra broccoli instead of potatoes.  Or a hamburger with out a bun with veggies.   I keep bananas around for  fast snack and the eggs in ramikins are a great lastminute grab between the eggs and bacon and mushrooms in it is works well, 

Protien cuts your hunger longer so you are fuller, you just might need o eat your breakfast then 2 hours laster have a bacon egg ramikins for a snak.

If I'm on the go in the am I may grab a bannana or 2 to go whent I get home make my self diced sauté Brussel sprouts on eggs

 

Will have to say my intestinal tract feels much better since I have been doing this, I haven't don the 30 day diet thing but am switching recipes.

I started this 2 weeks ago and started feeling good doing a Paleo then feel off the wagon (daughters birthday)couldn't belive how lousy I felt physical

Now back on track and feeling better.
