Hey cavemen/women!

For any interested, I just opened a primal fitness studio in Sharonville (Northeast side of town).  Based heavily on MovNat (and the only MovNat trainer for a couple of hours, I might add).  Big focus on ancestral nutrition as well.  If you're in town, stop on by!  The site is ** you don't have permission to see this link **.  Hope to see you there!

Does anyone in the Cincinati/Hamilton/Oxford area happen to have a Scoby to make kombucha with? I'd love to start brewing my own!
