This is a big step for me, as I'm choosing this to be better, happier and healthier. I suffer from severe migraines, A.D.D, mood swings and an almost debilitating effect of constant tired, lagging self. I want to sleep all the time.
I'm tired of being tired, and I'm hoping to begin to feel better with eating this way.
How have some of managed to stay eating this way during the beginning? I'm scared of failing at this, and not gaining any motivation to stay on it. I know it's good for me, and with added energy will keep me on track, but how long would it take?
Can I get some tips from anyone on how to stay dedicated, interested and get over the "hump" of a changing lifestyle?
