Has anyone ascertained if Brad's Raw Chips are okay on the Paleo Diet, since one of the ingrediants is Buckwheat,a berry not a wheat, is it a definite avoid? And why? I am not doing the diet for weight loss, yet for anti-inflammatory reasons.

Here's what Mark Sisson has to say about Buckwheat: ** you don't have permission to see this link **

According to Mark, the "groat" is a seed of the buckwheat plant - but still requires extensive processing to be ingestible. It isn't as offensive as gluten, but should still be largely avoided. If you're looking for a snack, try making your own!

Here's a recipe to give a shot: ** you don't have permission to see this link **

Hope this helps!
