I'm Aaron, I've decided to do a 14 day challenge for myself of following 100% strict paleo. So far I'm at 4 2/3 days and going strong, although there is a bunch of other crap in the pantry I'd have to cook it haha. Currently I'm setting a 203 lbs...this week I had been at 201.1 lbs, I understand that kind of fluctuation isn't that big, but that's not the point. I injured my back and a couple of weeks back after not working out at all for almost two months I weighed in at 207. So 4 lbs is big, I guess as long as I continue going. My weekends are the worst and always have been but I think I'll be able to keep pushing. Once I get to 14 days I want to go to 21 and then 30. My goal is to get to 185 lbs which I haven't been at since before entering college. I know with Paleo I can tailor things to my needs and just jump up the vegetables and I'll greater results as I continue rehab and get back in the gym and on the tarmac.
