Hey folks, I'm new to the forum. My name is Jeff and I live in Alabama. My wife and I started paleo 3 1/2 weeks ago. I'm hard core and she's supportive and participating with some cheating when I'm not around (hey at least she's not messing me up!) I've lost 17 lbs. so far, which is blowing my mind. I do a very physical job (both heavy lifting and cardio type work mixed in throughout my days) but otherwise have not worked out at all. Early on I got the headaches for a couple days but seemed to make it through without much trouble. Now for the last few days I've been getting where it doesn't matter how much I eat, my brain is telling me I'm hungry. Tonight I filled completely up on baked chicken, steamed broccoli + cauliflower, and mixed cut fruit. Literally 3 mins after I get up from the table my brain is screaming to me that I need to eat more, though my stomach is quite full.
Any ideas or advice would be great. Thx!

I was going to say the same thing Kara did, more fat, helps to satiate your hunger cravings. I noticed when I would eat just meat and a vegetable I would get very hungry very quickly after eating, I started adding olive oil or avocado to my vegetables, or add bacon to the recipe. I have been following the recipes from 30 Day Intro to Paleo eBook, I haven't had that problem as often.
