Primal Blueprint 21 Day Total Body Transformation – by Mark Sisson

You all know by now that we adore Mark Sisson. There aren’t enough good things we can say about this guy. In addition to writing the foreword to our book, he has also been at the forefront of bringing primal living to the masses – how could anyone not love him? We have immense respect and admiration for Mark. He is impacting a large group of people, and changing the lives and health of many.

Way back in the early days of summer when we first approached Mark about writing our foreword, we learned of his 21 Day Total Body Transformation book, which was coincidentally scheduled to be released the same week as our book! We were more than excited hear that we would be receiving a review copy of Marks new book. We spoke with Mark about it at the Ancestral Health Symposium back in August, so we have been anxious to get our hands on it ever since.

We were not really sure what to expect from this new book, as he did such an amazing job with The Primal Blueprint, that we weren’t sure how he could break down the primal way of living in any more of a clear or concise way. But, he did.

This book is a great guide book for anyone getting started with The Primal Blueprint, or perhaps looking for answers to any lingering ‘now what’ questions. This book really is geared toward a whole body transformation. You may think, ‘okay total body transformation… all I need to focus on is food and exercise, right?’ Wrong. Mark gives challenges through the 21 days that include rest and relaxation, winding down at night, spending time with family, along with food goals, and exercise goals. At the back of the book, he even includes a full journal to keep track during your 21 days. In short, this book is a sure way to set yourself up for success.

Through his 21 Day Transformation book, Mark shows how easy it is for anyone to create new, healthier habits in just 21 days. If you are already living the primal lifestyle and enjoying it’s benefits, grab a copy of this book for a loved one. This book is not only great for the newbie, but also a nice refresher for anyone who has maybe steered off track and needs a bit of inspiration. And let us tell you…if Marks abs aren’t inspiration enough, then you will find plenty of success stories through out the book that are sure to get you excited about getting back into the Primal lifestyle.
