Many people suffer from digestive distress due to a group of short chain carbohydrate foods called FODMAP's. Some of these foods include garlic, onion, brussel sprouts, asparagus, avocado, and coconut milk to name a few. These foods cause bloating and diarrhea, a similar reaction to gluten intolerance and often mistaken for IBS.
